× JOIN CHEF ANDREW AS HE GUIDES YOU THROUGH A CULINARY JOURNEY FEATURING SOME OF PEI’S FAVOURITE INGREDIENTS. Chef Andrew will prepare a three-course meal on stage consisting of Seafood Chowder with Lobster, Haddock, Clams, Shrimp and Scallops; a main course of Butter Poached Lobster Tail, Chimichurri topped Claw and Knuckles, Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Vegetables; topped off with a Strawberry Shortcake with Sweet Buttermilk Biscuits, Strawberry Compote and Vanilla Whipped Cream.

Doors open at 6pm

A wine pairing for each course will accompany, featuring Sommelier, Leslie Quinn.

Tickets $69.95 + s/c + HST and may be purchased as a single or full table of 2 or 4 or 6

Tickets may be emailed or picked up at the Eastlink Centre Box Office, Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm.
