JOIN CHEF ANDREW AS HE GUIDES YOU THROUGH A CULINARY JOURNEY FEATURING SOME OF PEI’S FAVOURITE INGREDIENTS.
Chef Andrew will prepare a three-course meal on stage consisting of Seafood Chowder with Lobster, Haddock, Clams, Shrimp and Scallops; a main course of Butter Poached Lobster Tail, Chimichurri topped Claw and Knuckles, Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Vegetables; topped off with a Strawberry Shortcake with Sweet Buttermilk Biscuits, Strawberry Compote and Vanilla Whipped Cream.

A wine pairing for each course will accompany, featuring Sommelier, Leslie Quinn.
